2. Essential characteristics of the product
Product: Kolaylatio Instagram Asistanı — desktop software licence for Windows
The software is used to build target audience lists on Instagram, filter those lists, run follow/unfollow, like and message actions within limits you define, and report on those actions. All features are listed on the product page.
Important: The product is an automation and management tool. No specific follower count, engagement rate or sales outcome is guaranteed. Its operation depends on the state of the user's Instagram account and on Instagram's policies.
System requirements: Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit), at least 4 GB RAM, 500 MB free disk space, an uninterrupted internet connection.
3. Sale price
The plan, licence duration and sale price including all taxes are shown on the order summary screen. VAT is included. As delivery is digital, no shipping, delivery or additional service fee is charged.
4. Payment method
Payment is made in a single charge using the method selected during the order, through the secure infrastructure of the payment institution. Card details are neither seen nor stored by the Seller.
5. Delivery
Method: Electronic, instant. Time: Immediately after payment is approved.
Your licence key is issued to your account and the installer becomes available under "My Account › Downloads". No physical delivery is made.
6. Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for this product.
Under Article 15/1-ğ of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer fall outside the scope of the right of withdrawal.
Because your licence is created and delivered the moment you confirm the order, your right of withdrawal ends. By ticking the confirmation box you declare that you are aware of and accept this.
This does not remove your statutory rights regarding defective goods and services. If the product fails to perform its core functions due to a technical fault and our support team cannot resolve it, you may request a refund — see the Refund Policy.

In case of a dispute, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at your place of residence or at the place of the transaction, within the monetary thresholds set under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
